Within AJA PC LTD, the management and supervision of health and safety is a significant part of our daily business, holding the same high level of importance as all other functions that require delivering under a project. 


Our team is skilled and appropriately trained to ensure their knowledge of health and safety remains current, enabling them to manage, coordinate and expertly supervise health and safety on construction projects. On many of the projects we have undertaken, support has been provided by our in-house health and safety team. This has proven to be integral to the high levels of safety delivered across our projects. 


Collectively, we possess the skills to advise, support and deliver health and safety throughout the entire lifecycle of your project. The process begins with the development of a pre-construction health and safety file along with rigorous vetting of contractors. As we progress towards a start on site, we undertake thorough reviews of the risk assessments and method statements submitted by the contractors and only once satisfied will work be sanctioned to proceed. Working with and liaising closely with the Client representatives, we ensure you are thoroughly informed throughout the course of the project as well as welcoming your active participation wherever this may be required. On completion of a project we liaise with the package contractors to collate and compile the documentation required for the health and safety file. Once complete, the files are submitted to the Client for their records and to provide information that may be required for the future maintenance or development of their new investment.
